Sands Consulting was created in 1990 when IBM PCs and Macintosh desktops cost $2500 to $10,000 dollars. At the very beginning, we were there to make the experience in learning the basics, or moving towards the intermediate or advanced areas an enjoyable one. 17 years later, this is still our mission.
